Due to unforeseen circumstances, the AGM of the Baldernock Community Association will not be taking place on Wednesday 16th May as advertised. It is hoped that the AGM will be held in the near future and information on the revised date will be posted as soon as possible.

Cheyenne Brown's North Atlantic Trio has a gig coming up this Sunday, May 20th, at Cafe Cossachok in Glasgow's Merchant City (10 King Street)  9pm - late. Tickets £6.

The North Atlantic Trio has been hard at work on their debut CD, come and hear some of the forthcoming album's material!  Cheyenne Brown on harp, Davie Currie on dobro, guitar and vocals, and Dave Boyd on percussion  

The North Atlantic Trio combine Irish, Scottish, old-time Appalachian, and bluegrass music with their own original compositions in unique cross-genre bricolage.

Balmore Golf Club

Monday Club

The club meets on the first Monday of the month (not public holidays) and is open to anybody over fifty years of age. The club provides the opportunity to do activities, attends outings and enables members to socialise, meet friends and neighbours over a cup of tea and home baking. Sailing Club

On Bardowie loch is the dinghy seation of the Clyde cruising club. RYA evening classes are available to children and adults covering beginners through to budding racers during the weekday evenings, and a race programme.  In the summer holidays the club runs a very successful summer school.  There are also regular Funday Sundays throughout the summer when the children enjoy a variety of water based activities with fun races and plenty of getting wet.

Tennis Club

The tennis club has two good hard courts, a club house, lawns and lots of space for families to enjoy their leisure. Click here or the menu item above to go to all our information about it.

Youth Club

The Youth Club, for the 8+ age range, meets on Monday evenings from 7.00 - 8.30pm in the church hall on Glenorchard Road.

Activities include cookery, arts and crafts, table tennis, darts, pool and air hockey. We also have a variety of outings and special events.

The club costs £1.00 each week for the regular evenings; outings may cost more.
 
Parents of children who attend are asked to help on a rota basis one evening every few months.
